Settings is where you manage your account, your team, billing, and the systems Lyngo connects to. Open it at portal.lyngo.ai/home/settings.
Each sub-setting can be navigated to via the sub-header menu
User profile
Update your name and email, change your password, and manage your call notifications.
Billing
View your current plan, update your payment method, and download past invoices.
Team
Invite team members, see who has access, and manage pending invites.
Integrations
Connect your practice management system, like Cliniko, Nookal or PracSuite, and connect Stripe for payments. You’ll also see the current status of each connection.
Blocked numbers
Add numbers Lyngo should automatically reject, or remove them when needed.
