The Tasks page is your team's shared to-do list for anything that needs a human follow-up — callbacks, manual bookings, payment chases, and messages taken by Lyngo. Open it at portal.lyngo.ai/home/tasks.
How tasks are organised
Every task moves through three stages, so nothing slips through the cracks:
Needs review — new items waiting to be picked up.
In progress — someone's on it.
Completed — done and dusted.
What you can do here
Create task — add a follow-up manually, or create one straight from a call in the Activity log.
Assign it to a team member so it's clear who's responsible.
Add a note and open the linked call for full context.
Complete a task when it's handled — or move it back to Needs review if it needs another look.
Search for a task or patient, and filter by assignee or date.
Lyngo created tasks resolve themselves automatically once the objective is met — no need to tick them off manually.
