Workflows

Automatic actions that run after a call, like booking links and deposits.

Workflows are the automatic, behind-the-scenes actions Lyngo runs around a call — so your team doesn't have to. Open them at portal.lyngo.ai/home/workflows.


What workflows can do

  • Email collection — text patients after a booking to capture their email address.

  • Payment collection — send a deposit link so a booking is held until it's paid.

  • Rebook practitioner (coming soon) — rebook a practitioners calendar.

We're working to roll-out more workflows please get in touch to share your feedback if you have any you'd like us to consider.


What you can do here

  • See each workflow's status (Live, Inactive, Failed) and when it last ran.

  • Enable or pause a workflow at any time.

  • Customise the Booking link SMS message that Lyngo sends.

  • Switch location to manage another clinic's workflows.

Some workflows (like Payment collection) need a connected Stripe account and the matching setting switched on first.
