What workflows can do
Email collection — text patients after a booking to capture their email address.
Payment collection — send a deposit link so a booking is held until it's paid.
Rebook practitioner (coming soon) — rebook a practitioners calendar.

Enable or pause a workflow at any time.
Customise the Booking link SMS message that Lyngo sends.
Switch location to manage another clinic's workflows.
Some workflows (like Payment collection) need a connected Stripe account and the matching setting switched on first.
