What you'll find here

  • Revenue captured — appointment value booked and retained (new bookings vs. reschedules).

  • Booking slots opened — reschedules and cancellations Lyngo handled.

  • Tasks that need review — anything waiting on your team (links straight to Tasks).

  • Average call time and Handovers — call length, and how often calls were escalated vs. resolved by Lyngo.

  • Call intent — why people called (new bookings, reschedules, cancellations, general enquiries, handovers).

  • Activity Trend — call volume over time.

Use the date range and location filters at the top to focus the view.
