Find the call you're after
Search by caller number or keyword.
Filter by what the caller wanted (new booking, reschedule, cancel, enquiry, handover, message) and by activity type (call, SMS, email).
Narrow by date range and location, and sort by date, caller, or outcome.
Click a call to see everything about it
Click any call to open its detail, where you can:
Read the Call summary — a quick plain-English recap of what the caller wanted and what happened.
Play or download the Recording to hear the call for yourself.
Add a note so your team has the full context.
Create a task straight from the call and assign it to a team member to follow up.
Getting unwanted calls from a number? You can block it from the Activity log.
