📞 Call Scenarios
Start by checking what patient records are linked to your phone number. We recommend deleting all but one to avoid confusion during preview calls.
Then, try the following scenarios to see Lyngo in action:

Book an Appointment
“Hi, I’d like to book in with a physio next week.”
Lyngo will offer available times and confirm the booking.

Try “Messy” Patient Requests
“Can I see the same person I saw last time?”
“Do you have anything after 5pm?”
Lyngo is built to handle natural, unscripted conversations — these are great to try.

Call from a New or Unknown Number
Use a phone number not in your system (or call with private caller ID) to see what a brand-new patient experience feels like.

Reschedule or Cancel
“I need to move my appointment.”
“Can you cancel my booking for next Wednesday?”
Lyngo will find the appointment and update your calendar.
If it’s too close to the appointment, it’ll explain your clinic’s cancellation or reschedule policy.
What to Expect (and Why)

Lyngo may repeat details – this helps make sure updates in your PMS are accurate and reliable.

If Lyngo says “Are you [Name]?” – it’s matched your number to an existing patient record and is confirming before taking action.
