Try your new AI like a patient would

Before going live, take a few minutes to experience Lyngo as your patients would. Test common scenarios to confirm everything syncs smoothly

Updated today

🔧 What You’ll Need

  • Your Lyngo number (this is where your calls will forwarded to)

  • A phone (mobile or landline to test)

  • A few minutes to try out real call examples

⚠️ Before you begin: Check what patient records are linked to your phone number.

📞 Call Scenarios

Here are some scenarios you can try:

  1. Book an Appointment

“Hi, I’d like to book in with a physio next week.”

Lyngo will offer available times and confirm the booking.

  2. Try “Messy” Requests

“Can I see the same person I saw last time?”

“Do you have anything after 5pm?”

Lyngo is designed to handle natural, unscripted conversations — these are perfect for testing.

  3. Call from a New or Unknown Number

Call using a number not in your system (or use private caller ID) to see the brand-new patient experience.

  4. Reschedule or Cancel

“I need to move my appointment.”

“Can you cancel my booking for next Wednesday?”

Lyngo will find the appointment and update your calendar.

💡 If it’s too close to the appointment, Lyngo will explain your clinic’s cancellation or reschedule policy.

What to Expect (and Why)

  • By default Lyngo confirms details – this ensures updates in your PMS are accurate and reliable.

  • If Lyngo says “Are you [Your Name]?” – Don't worry, it’s matched your number to an existing patient record and is confirming before taking action.

What to Check

  • Were the right practitioner, times, and location offered?

  • Did the appointment sync correctly in your calendar?

  • Was the pricing, clinic info, or policy clearly explained?

🔍 If something doesn’t look quite right, double-check your PMS setup or feel free to tweak it in your AI controls page. Our team is always ready to help whenever you need.
