Signing up to Lyngo

Let’s get your AI receptionist set up — it’s quick, simple, and we’ll handle most of it for you.

 

A few quick things to check before we get Lyngo up and running:

•Your appointment types and pricing are up to date in your PMS (like Cliniko)
•Your practitioner schedules are current
•Your service descriptions are clear
•Your phone system can forward calls (that’s how you’ll send calls to Lyngo)

Step 1: Reach Out

Start by getting in touch with us via www.lyngo.ai or by responding to one of our team members directly.

We’ll walk you through next steps and send through a short setup checklist.


Step 2: Add Lyngo to Your PMS

To connect your clinic, you’ll just need to:

  1. Add tech@lyngo.ai as a Power Receptionist in your practice management system (e.g. Cliniko).

    1. Enable API access on our profile so we can manage bookings securely.

  2. Share an escalation email — this is where we’ll send messages that require a human touch.

  3. Send us your top 10 FAQs (things like parking info, insurance details, cancellation policy etc.)

That’s it! Once this is done, our team takes care of the rest.


Step 3: We Handle the Rest

Once you’ve shared the details above, we’ll get everything set up and do a few test calls to make sure it’s working properly.

You’ll then hear from us with your ready-to-use local Lyngo number — and we’ll let you know when you’re officially live!

⚠️ Important: Make sure your appointment names and descriptions are clear and up to date in your PMS.

We use this to triage callers to the right appointment — vague or outdated info can cause confusion and slow down onboarding. Also check that your practitioner availability and clinic details are current to ensure a smooth setup.

 

💡Nothing is set in stone — even after you go live, we can keep refining your AI assistant, just like you would train a new receptionist over time.
