Never share your API key over email, chat apps, or other unsecured platforms. This method keeps your key safe and ensures it's stored securely.
Step 1: Navigate to Users and Practitioners
Go to settings, then click on "Users and Practitioners"
Step 2: Add User
Click the "Add User" button, typically found in the top right corner.
Step 3: Enter Email and Select Security Role
Enter the email address [email protected].
Then, scroll down to the "Security Role" section and select "Power Receptionist".
Step 4: Confirm and Add User
Confirm the information and click the "Add User" button to create the user.
Step 5: Open the Lyngo User File
Navigate to the newly created "Lyngo" user profile and click on it to open the user file.
Step 6: Enable API Keys
Scroll down to the "API keys" section. Find the option that says "Allow Lingo to create and use API keys" and click to enable it.
Step 7: Update User
After enabling the API key option, click the "Update User" button to save the changes.
Step 8: Completion
The process is now complete. Lyngo has been added as a power receptionist with API keys enabled.
